Insurance Defense Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team at a respected law firm specializing in insurance defense.
As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, defending insurance companies and their policyholders in a wide range of legal matters, including bodily injury claims, property damage, and contractual disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent insurance companies and their policyholders in defense of personal injury, property damage, and other liability claims.
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from pre-litigation through trial and settlement.
- Analyze claims, review insurance policies, and evaluate coverage issues.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and trial briefs.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 2 years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation.
