Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- 3 years of experience in construction litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of construction litigation cases, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Represented clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Provided legal advice to construction industry clients, including contractors, subcontractors, developers, and owners, on contract negotiations, risk management, and compliance matters.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
