Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of personal injury defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, and general negligence.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Participate in firm-sponsored training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury defense (plaintiff experience will be considered).
- Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Salary : $180,000 - $240,000
