Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, and general negligence.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in firm-sponsored training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury defense (plaintiff experience will be considered).
• Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
