They specialize in Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, Civil Service Disability Pensions, and Personal Injury claims, operating from 12 offices across the five boroughs, Long Island, and Upstate New York.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients facing challenging circumstances.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial caseload of workers' compensation cases.
- Travel between boroughs, primarily Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, to represent clients.
- Conduct opening and closing arguments, direct and cross-examinations of witnesses, and maintain thorough familiarity with each case record.
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
