What You'll Be Doing :
- Proofreading and Reviewing Documents : Ensure legal documents are accurate, flag corrections, and notify the legal team of any issues.
- Document Organization : Create and maintain client binders, following specific systems and procedures with a sharp eye for detail.
- Document Preparation : Print, tab, and prepare legal documents for client use.
- Scanning & Digital Filing : Digitize physical documents and organize them based on firm protocols.
- Cloud File Management : Keep digital files meticulously organized in the cloud using established processes.
- Notarization & Witnessing : Notarize and / or witness documents during client signings (notary license required or willingness to obtain one).
- Form & Template Management : Utilize fillable forms and templates to prepare documents for client needs.
- File Audits : Conduct thorough audits to confirm documents are complete, properly signed, and notarized.
- Zoho CRM : Assist with client and document management using Zoho CRM (experience is a plus).
