We are looking for a dynamic Immigration Legal Assistant that is ready to help our clients immigrate to the United States.

Please see the following criteria:

Prior immigration law experience REQUIRED

Bilingual English and Spanish REQUIRED

Communication with Clients via phone, email, text

Assisting clients with immigration process

Coordinating documents related to immigration

Preparing applications related to immigration

Works well with others

Responsibilities:

• Collecting case information and documents
• Emailing case information to clients
• Prepare immigration packages: DS-260, I-601, I-601A, I-212

Requirements:

• MUST have prior immigration assistant experience
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Expert follow-up skills
• Expert organizational skills
• Master attention to detail
• Ability to understand and explain legal concepts
• Ability to take direction and feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
