The Law Office of Domingo Garcia is seeking a Case Manager with exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of at least 3 years in case management.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating services for clients, ensuring they receive the support they need. As a key point of contact, you will be expected to navigate complex cases, advocate for clients, and facilitate resource connections effectively, all while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs, challenges, and goals, while ensuring clear understanding in both English and Spanish.
- Negotiation & Advocacy: Utilize strong negotiation skills to advocate on behalf of clients in securing services, benefits, and resources. This includes navigating conflicts, advocating for clients' needs with third-party organizations, and ensuring fair access to necessary services.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor client progress. Maintain up-to-date, accurate records, including progress notes, assessments.
- Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies, ensuring that client files are complete and compliant with relevant standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
