What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/ Receptionist position at Law Office of Edward J. Thomas?

Reliable and friendly front desk receptionist needed for past paced family law firm. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate individual
- Inputting of billing entries provided by legal staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
