We are currently seeking to hire a professional, detail oriented, motivated individual to fill its open hybrid position of Executive Assistant/Office Manager/Paralegal. We are open to it being a full or part time position. Compensation will be directly correlated to experience with the annual salary range starting at $43,500.00.

1. Administrative & Support
a. Requirements
Associate's Degree or higher
Ability to type 55 WPM
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prior law firm employment experience
Ability to navigate and use Adobe Acrobat
Ability to use and navigate QuickBooks Online
Prior experience invoicing and collecting receivables
Ability to use Microsoft Teams and OneNote
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
b. Responsibilities
Enter JML Attorney daily time logs into QuickBooks
Keep Firm Central Matters current and updated
Enter Tasks per Managing Attorney
Reduce litigation support work for JML Attorneys
Assist Managing Attorney in JML administrative work
Assist/maintain JML Calendaring and Deadlines
Comply with JML Handbook, policies and procedures
Assisting with remittance for account receivables
Assisting with remittance for account payables
Office Organization and Filing
c. Representative Tasks
Generate monthly client invoices
Client correspondence regarding invoices and billings
Keep and manage the monthly postage log
Enter JML Attorney time into Quickbooks
Scan/organize JML Client documents
Prepare outgoing cover letters
Take JML Client payments via LawPay
Generate the client monthly copy count
E-file client documents
Hard file/record client documents
File client documents in the office
Calendar meetings and appointments
Calendar deadlines, depositions, hearings and trials
Upload client documents and filings into FC
Upload MyCase matter related documents into FC
Upload Doxpop matter related documents into FC
Prepare JML Letters of Engagement
Assist/manage outgoing Adobe Sign documents
Assist/manage incoming phone calls
Maintaining the office kitchen area
Some occasional travel to pick up lunch
Some occasional travel to make JML Bank Deposits
Scan and upload JML Accounts Payable Invoices
Assist/manage stamps.com
Some occasional travel for office supplies
