Administrative and Billing Assistant
Law Office of Keiko Griffin, PLLC is searching for a reliable and well-organized professional team member to work as an Administrative and Billing Assistant. Efficiency, accuracy, and time management are essential to be able to focus on the numerous activities of answering a multiple line phone, scheduling appointments, billing and file maintenance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with fast paced environment.
Skills required: Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Two years of experience in billing.
Preferred skills requested using My Case and Asana.
In order to be hired in this position, you must pass a background check.
