We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, providing general information about the company, and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain records of visitors, calls, and other activities.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and other office tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
