We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, on-boarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.
Experience with Quick Books and Bookkeeping and Excel is a must.
Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
Compensation :
60,000 - $85,000 DOE Bonuses
Responsibilities :
- Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
- Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
- Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
