Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal located in Shelter Island, NY. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, due diligence, title insurance, leases, and commercial real estate tasks. The Paralegal will also be responsible for office management, managing correspondence with clients, filing and research.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skills
- Title Insurance and Leases expertise
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
- Prior experience in real estate law is a plus
