Immigration Law Office seeking a Receptionist. Some legal office experience a plus but willing to train. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
Duties include greeting clients, answering multi telephone lines, managing master calendar by scheduling all client appointments, calendaring filing deadlines, court hearings, interviews with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, preparing client correspondence, filing court documents, scanning, copying, taking messages, maintaining files, assist office staff, and other administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be organized and able to coordinate and calendar numerous activities
· Ability to screen and route calls to the appropriate staff member
· Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment and be able to multi-task
· Must have good writing skills and reading comprehension abilities
· Working knowledge of Word, Microsoft Outlook & Excel
· Excellent phone and customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Ability to work as a member of a team
· Great attitude
