We are seeking to hire attorneys with who wish to learn and/or have experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and/or First Party Property insurance defense. Compensation with be commensurate to the applicant's experience.
Job duties include;
Conduct depositions;
· Attend hearings;
· Handle clientele requests and demands accordingly;
· Manage docket of cases according to office policy
· Communicate daily with insurance companies re: status of claims, demands and offers
· Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Have excellent attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Able to multi-task and ensure that deadlines are met

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
