About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage cases from start to finish, engaging in every aspect of the litigation process. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Client Advocacy: Representing clients with dedication and integrity, ensuring their needs and interests are effectively communicated and defended.
- Case Management: Overseeing matters from intake through resolution, whether through settlement or trial.
- Legal Analysis: Analyzing complex legal issues and crafting comprehensive legal documents.
- Negotiation: Engaging with adversaries to reach favorable outcomes through skilled negotiation.
- Court Appearances: Representing clients in court proceedings with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in as plaintiff’s personal injury attorney.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make sound legal decisions.
