The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray is a boutique law firm with offices in Encino, Riverside and Palm Desert. We are looking for someone to join our team to help us manage our Workers' Compensation Cases in our Palm Desert office.
Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our growing team! We need someone who is able to effectively manage a workers' compensation file under the super vision of an attorney. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a workers' compensation from inception through settlement.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Client communication via phone, text, and email
- Scheduling medical appointments for clients
- Communicating case status to clients
- Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working specifically with Workers' Comp Files.
- High Attention detail
- Organized
- Self starter - able to work with limited supervision
- Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) - a plus but not required.
