We are a small law firm with offices in Encino, Hemet(Riverside) and Palm Desert. We have an immediate position available for a Workers Compensation Case Manger in our Encino office. We need someone who is familiar with all aspects of handling a workers compensation file.
Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our growing team! We need someone who is able to effectively manage a workers' compensation file under the super vision of an attorney. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a workers' compensation from inception through settlement.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Client communication via phone, text, and email
- Scheduling medical appointments for clients
- Communicating case status to clients
- Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working specifically with Workers' Comp Files.
- High Attention detail
- Organized
- Self starter - able to work with limited supervision
- Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) - a plus but not required.
