POSITION SUMMARY :
At GOLDLAW, we are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong background in marketing automation, analytics, and data management. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing processes, managing analytics to support decision-making, and implementing automation solutions to increase efficiency. Working closely with the Chief of Marketing and Business Development, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support business growth by providing actionable insights, refining data-driven strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This role will also be responsible for supporting financial controls related to marketing and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to maximize the impact of our campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will be skilled in marketing technology, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Marketing Analytics & Automation :
Implement and manage marketing analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.Develop dashboards and reports to measure key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to the marketing and business development teams.Work with the marketing team to leverage automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to streamline email marketing, lead nurturing, and other repetitive tasks.Analyze and interpret data to refine audience targeting, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.Stay current with marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the firm's marketing capabilities.Campaign Coordination and Optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to GOLDLAW's branding guidelines.Act as the project manager for marketing initiatives, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and budget allocation to ensure successful execution.Identify and recommend enhancements to campaign processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between marketing, intake, client services, and other departments to align efforts and drive unified campaigns.Provide operational support to facilitate communication between external vendors (e.g., designers, media buyers) and internal stakeholders.Ensure the marketing team has access to resources, tools, and data necessary to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Process and Workflow Development
Design, implement, and refine workflows to streamline marketing operations, from campaign ideation to execution.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing tasks.Train team members on operational tools and processes to foster a consistent and high-functioning marketing environment.Marketing Strategy Support :
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance brand awareness.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event messaging is aligned with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.Track marketing KPIs and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives related to business development and events.Budget Management
Assist in tracking and managing the marketing budget, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within limits.Work closely with finance to reconcile marketing expenditures and prepare cost-effectiveness reports.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Science and or Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).4-6 years of experience in marketing automation, data analytics and CRM optimization, preferably in a production / execution role.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation software (e.g., Zapier).Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detailLaw firm experience a plusWORK ENVIRONMENT
