Responsibilities:
-Intake calls
-greeting clients
-Process mail and faxes
-Data entry
-Send out letters of representation to insurance companies
-Order police reports
-Provide quality client service.
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Spanish is a plus
-Complete understanding of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
-Capable of working independently or under direct supervision
-Excellent communication skills and customer service
