Who We Are:
Our premier criminal defense, immigration, and family law firm is looking to immediately add an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the founder, Robert Tsigler. We are a top-rated and rapidly expanding law firm and are interested in a candidate who is dedicated, reliable, and looking to grow within our organization. Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have satellite offices in Brooklyn and Nassau County. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to excel in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- This is a hybrid position. Depending on the needs of the founding attorney, you may work from your home or various other locations in New York City
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be a problem solver
- Efficiently and effectively attend to any assigned tasks
- Organize and prepare documents for meetings and internal projects
- Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary
