What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant/Paralegal position at Law Offices of Tracy M. Rizzo, P.C.?
Responsibilities will include heavy typing, transcription from electronic dictation, entry of billing, court filing, answering phones, creating spreadsheets, organization and review of financial records. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Docusign, Dropbox and the Odyssey court filing system. Hours are M-F 8:30am - 5pm. *A minimum of 3 years of divorce litigation experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred .* Send cover letter and resume with application.
