Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury case preparation
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers
- Manage case files and maintain timelines
- Prepare for trial and hearings as needed
