You are
The BD Account Manager drives our federal government IT, Cyber Security, Training, Technology, Mission Solutions, and government services focus and capture. This position oversees all related federal capture, customer activities and interactions.
How You Will Make An Impact
The role works collaboratively with Lawelawe Management Group’s (LMG) portfolio of clients in operations, business development, finance, and contracts functional teams to build a cohesive approach to growing our Federal Services book of business.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may require overtime occasionally. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need. Position is hybrid with three days in office (Wednesday mandatory), and two days remote.
Travel
Travel is expected to be less than 15% of the time for this position.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support ongoing activities for the Division.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal officials to increase federal agencies awareness of Lawelawe Management Group’s client’s services and performance.
- Work closely with LMG operations clients’ team to coordinate senior customer interactions.
- Grow LMG supported business clients by individual bids and teaming when necessary.
- Act as driving force for IT, Cyber Security, Training, and Government Services opportunities.
- Manage the BD process team by setting goals and objectives and leading by example.
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred. Relative work experience may qualify for degree requirements
- 5 years’ experience in the proposal and business capture environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, drive capture and generate revenue.
- High energy level and excitement about the pursuit and having an impact. Preferred experience with or ties to any branch of the United States Military.
- Displays a high level of verbal and written communication skills to present customers with our understanding of customer needs, requirements and ability to meet these requirements.
