What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Crew Member position at Lawn and Landscape Richmond/Mow Hawks?

Duties:
- Perform various maintenance tasks including Lawncare maintenance, shrub trimming, mulching, aeration and seeding, etc.
- Use power tools and equipment to complete tasks such as mowing, trimming, and digging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is a must.
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
