The ideal candidate for this position enjoys being outdoors in all weather conditions, has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing with our business, has reliable transportation to work and takes pride in a good attendance record.
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or general labor is highly desirable but not required. We will train!
Skills:
· Ability to work independently to complete daily tasks
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong work ethic including honesty and integrity
· Ability to work efficiently with both hustle and accuracy!
· Strong customer service skills
Qualifications
· Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
· Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
· Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
· Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
· Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
· Over 18 years of age
. Ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicators license in 60 days
. Ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicators license in 60 days
Daily Tasks include:
- Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and other beneficial lawn and yard services.
- Performing lawn analysis and making service recommendations to Customers in the field
- No mowing or landscaping!
