The ideal candidate for this position enjoys being outdoors in all weather conditions, has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing with our business, has reliable transportation to work and takes pride in a good attendance record.
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or general labor is highly desirable but not required. We will train!
Skills :
Ability to work independently to complete daily tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic including honesty and integrity
Ability to work efficiently with both hustle and accuracy!
Strong customer service skills
Qualifications
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Over 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicators license in 60 days
Daily Tasks include :
