Primary Function:
This is a customer service/sales position. It is very often the first contact point for new customers and a resolution point for complaints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries: Product knowledge is a must. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from potential customers. Take the customer from an informational call to order placing. This includes educating the consumer to enhance sales. Schedule and process orders through the schedule/billing system.
- Responding to dissatisfied customers: Address customer concerns - overcome and resolve issues in a satisfactory matter to both customer and the business.
- Customer relationship building: Establish rapport with customers and maintain ongoing communication – post sales follow up.
- Outbound calls: Reach out to potential customers who have been identified to gain opportunity for a sale.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
· Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly explain product details/benefits, address customer concerns, and actively listen to customer needs.
· Sales acumen: Understanding of sales techniques, including identifying customer pain points and presenting solutions.
· Customer service orientation: Prioritizing customer satisfaction and providing a positive experience, provide solutions, ensuring company guarantee is being executed. Confidence in addressing customer concerns and overcoming resistance to purchase.
· Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
· External Support: Full communication to technicians ensuring all necessary details are provided and supported, including scheduling.
· Software proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
