As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing an extraordinary experience through all avenues of communication including phone, email and chat. As a Customer Experience Professional, you are expected seek solutions that provide the optimal outcome for both the customer and TAB Bank. A Customer Experience Professional is empowered to work with management to identify deficiencies in products, services, or bank systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with all TAB Bank clients by providing an extraordinary experience.
- Handle all omnichannel communications both inbound and outbound including phone, email, chat, and social.
- Responsible for handling routine to complex needs of customers regarding their relationship with TAB Bank.
- Answer Inquiries, resolve problems, promote products and enhance customer knowledge.
- Obtain knowledge and understanding of all banking departments and products to provide customers with highest quality of service possible.
- Adhere to and meet call evaluation requirements and expectations.
- Advance through certification levels in an outlined timeline.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
- Own the customer’s experience.
- Other bank projects and duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college preferred, but not required.
- 6 months minimum of customer service experience required; a combination of experience, education, skills, and community involvement may be taken into consideration to meet qualification requirements.
- Some banking experience preferred, not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, observant, and thorough.
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize all tools available to find information.
- Higher compensation may be available for bi-lingual representatives.
