Job Overview
The Director of External Operations is responsible for management of all servicing/production and associated personal. The Director would serve as a member of the leadership team and manage multiple teams and branches. We expect the candidate to live by our core values, ie team player; intentional; accountable; positive; driven; and coachable. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and employee management. Other experience with fleet management, mechanics, and quality control is needed, as well.

Manage Equipment, Vehicles, Shop & Parts
- Preventative maintenance of machines and vehicles
- Ensures machines are properly working
- Management of parts inventory
- Shop organization
- Oversees a fleet of Vans/Trucks
Product Inventory Management
- Work with Integrator in purchasing of products
- Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure services are completed at appropriate times
of the year.

This job is year round & does have a busy season from March thru November. Some travel

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
