Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician Lead to join our team for our new and fast growing franchise. Room for growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading & managing our mowing crew as well as maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Make sure jobs are complete and done correctly resulting in happy customers
- Perform mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain lawns and grounds
- Assist in building and maintaining landscapes, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and watering
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools and equipment
- Dig holes for plants, trees, and other landscaping features
- Provide care for trees including pruning and removal when necessary
Requirements:
-1-3 years Basic Landscaping Experience.
-Excellent work ethic and integrity
-Must be able to work independently and do so efficiently if needed. MUST be dependable
-Manage a crew
-Work well with a team
-Must posses leadership qualities
-Take and follow directions
-Must be able to work standing
-Valid Driver's License
Skills:
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques
- Groundskeeping experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools effectively
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of tree care practices
Compensation:
Up to $650/week. Plus incentives based on performance. Paid out weekly
