Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator, Sales & Marketing Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of managing client relationships, preparing bids, estimating projects, and driving add-on sales. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to assist with marketing efforts to promote our services and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Bidding:
- Conduct on-site and online assessments and accurately estimate lawn care project costs, including materials, labor, and time.
- Prepare and present clear, detailed, and competitive bids to potential clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients on estimates and adjust bids as needed based on project scope changes.
Sales & Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and suggest add-on services or upsell opportunities to increase sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
Marketing Support:
- Implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Assist in creating content for promotional materials, including social media, flyers, signs and website updates.
- Help track and analyze marketing efforts to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in estimating, sales, or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of the lawn care or construction industry is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle various customer interactions professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Marketing experience (digital marketing, social media, content creation) is a plus.
