What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office/Sales Assistant position at Lawn Service?
We are a well established business in Lombard looking for full time and temporary office staff. We try to have a fun work environment as long as the work is getting done, plus this is a very casual work environment to help make it comfortable and productive! We provide all training needed.
We are setting interviews for the position to start March 1st, 2025
Duties include:
- Answering calls
- Up selling potential clients additional services they need
- Basic lawn knowledge helpful
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Problem Solving
- Signing up new customers
- Adding/changing current customer services
- Manage some social media if needed
- Run occasional errands
- Complaint Management
Schedule
- Mon-Fri, some Saturdays if available.
- 9-5 standard hours but evenings are helpful
Casual work environment
PLEASE LIVE LOCAL AROUND THE LOMBARD AREA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
