Position Summary:
We're looking for a mid-level paid ads professional in online ad buying to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is an in-office position. There are no hybrid or remote options. The following platforms are used for our clients:
- Google Ads (search, display, YouTube)
- Google Local Service Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Facebook/Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Besides knowing these platforms, you should also understand strategy, troubleshooting, A/B testing, audiences, intent, call-to-actions, and more.
You must have a strong understanding of marketing funnels and delivering content to audiences in a remarketing/retargeting fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC and social ad campaigns on various platforms.
- Help drive strategy, insights, feedback, and more to improve the results of the agency overall.
- Assist the leadership team by providing feedback needed for training and standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
Requirements:
- 1 years of marketing agency experience
- 3 years of managing digital marketing campaigns in a professional role (preferred).
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. (relocation assistance available)
Compensation & Benefits:
- The pay range for this role is $55k to $70k per year.
