Qualifications
· Must have dependable transportation & a valid driver's license
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks
· Bookkeeping Experience
· Payroll Processing Experience
· 940/941 Report and Tax Knowledge
· Texas Workforce Commission Unemployment Tax Reporting
· Detail Orientated
· Organized
· Working knowledge of office equipment – computer, scanner, printer, etc.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
· Assist current firms Bookkeeper with the following:
· May include but are not limited to accounts payable and receivable, inputting payroll, job costing, monthly sales tax, and journal entries
· Will consist of managing various banking accounts, maintaining up to date records, general ledger and reconciling all accounts.
· Completing or assisting clients in Payroll and Quarterly reports, Annual W2 and 1099 distributions and Annual payroll reports (including state)
· Needs to be comfortable working with a high degree of organization, attention to detail and discretion
· Various industries knowledge is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
