Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize digital lead generation channels, including social media and email.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials (presentations, brochures, reports, etc.).
- Content Creation & Management
- Write and edit content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Help create engaging video content for digital platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO and monitor web traffic using Google Analytics.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage Pardot campaigns and provide recommendations for lead generation improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Office and Marketing Coordination
- Organize and maintain marketing files, databases, and assets.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications with other departments.
- Provide logistical support for events, including trade shows and company-sponsored activities.
- Internal Communication
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep teams informed and engaged.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.
- Vendor and Budget Management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for marketing materials and services.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing and project management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with strong adherence to deadlines and execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite) and digital advertising (e.g., Google AdWords).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for engaging content and brand development.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
