What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bench Jeweler position at Lawrence Diamond Jewelers?
The Bench Jeweler will work closely with our operations and order management teams, assisting in the repair and quality control processes. Must be a meticulous and skilled professional with an affinity for details and deadlines. A positive attitude is a prerequisite, as is a track record of working with precious metals and gemstones.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure timely completion of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete 35 to 45 repairs daily
- Set stones, size rings, re-tip prongs, re-shank rings, restore milgrain, basic engraving, and complete intricate repair work such as reconditioning of vintage rings
- Ensure repairs are consistent with our manufacturing standards

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
