We are collaborating with a leading payment provider that is focused on fostering growth across the Americas.

This role will be pivotal in expanding payment channels, particularly in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and nurture relationships with various payment facilitators, including payment gateways, third-party payment companies, card schemes, banks, OTC services, and other alternative payment channels.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with local and global banks to enhance service capacity such as fund settlement, foreign exchange quotation / conversion, liquidity management, and cross-border solutions.
  • Build rapport with local regulators and advocate for inclusive financing initiatives in the region.
  • Regular travel to the LATAM area is required to foster these relationships.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on partnerships or channel relationships with financial institutions.
  • Experience in third-party payment companies, ecommerce platforms, card schemes, or banks' payment solution departments (payment or merchant acquiring) is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local regulations and compliance concerning payment businesses and cross-border fund movements in the region.
  • Fluency in business-level English and Spanish and / or Portuguese is essential.
