Schedule Details: This role currently involves daytime and evening hours (10am-6pm or 12pm-6pm). As we grow and take on additional commercial clients, we may add a night shift to meet demand. We’re also looking for flexible candidates who are interested in night shift opportunities as our business expands.

What You’ll Do:

• Process laundry with speed and precision, exceeding the industry standard of 25 lbs/hr.
• Deliver high-quality cleaning, folding, and packaging that meets our luxury service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring every order reflects our commitment to excellence
• Assist Self-Service customers as needed.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain efficiency, quality, and a customer-first mindset.
• Work with team members to complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with management to enhance processes and exceed customer expectations.

What You Bring:

• A proven track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment (laundry experience preferred but not required).
• Exceptional work ethic, focus, and a drive to exceed expectations.
• A passion for delivering quality and exceptional customer service that aligns with our luxury brand.
• Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
