What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Customer Service Position position at Lawrence Waste Services?
Our receptionist – customer service position will consist of several daily functions but not limited to the following:
ability to multi-task, fielding inbound customer service calls and direct them to the appropriate dept. or person, provide general administrative and clerical support, prepping mail, assisting on various projects, general office support and communicating daily with office staff, operations department and sales department.
It is recommended not mandatory that our ideal candidate have some experience in the following
- Customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft office knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,500.00 per year
