We’re looking for an IT Service Delivery intern who is motivated to gain valuable, hands-on experience in an office environment. The intern is responsible for providing our employees software and hardware support via deskside visits, telephone, email and chat. They will serve as an escalation path for issues reported to the Lawson IT Help Desk. They are also responsible for personal computer receiving, configuration and deployment.
This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Assist employees, including our offsite sales team, with questions, problems and training related to supported software or hardware used to conduct their business. Issues are received via phone or email.
- Images, configures and deploys desktop and laptop computers.
- Assists with cubicle / office move setups, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Pursuing an undergraduate computer science degree.
- Pursuing industry certifications and / or prior IT support experience a plus.
- Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding listener with the ability to gather information and document end user issues to determine the best course of action towards resolution.
- Basic PC knowledge, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365.
