- Provides direct supervision for the Credit / Collections and New Accounts teams, with a focus on increased productivity through continuous process improvement.
- Responsible for aligning employee efforts with department goals.
- Manages the creation and maintenance of accurate Customer Master Data for all customers.
- Trains new employees, prepares performance appraisals and keeps attendance records.
- Assists staff by providing direction and answering questions.
- Fields escalated / difficult calls from customers and sales representatives.
- Prepares and distributes weekly call list to each collector.
- Performs weekly portfolio reviews with each collector. Identifies challenging accounts and helps guide resolution.
- Facilitate staff meetings. Performs ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements :
