Contract Litigation Paralegal Opportunity
We are seeking a contract Litigation Paralegal for an assignment with one of our law firm clients. The role will be hybrid/on-site in Costa Mesa, California, and remote work may be considered for candidates with relevant California litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performing legal research and drafting various legal documents
- Proofreading for accuracy
- eFiling for all cases in California State courts
- Case management from intake to resolution
- Providing attorneys with summaries and recommendations through case review
- Document collection and management
- Calendar management and assisting with scheduling depositions and hearings
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Experience eFiling in California State courts required
- Experience with Breach of Warranty or automotive Lemon Law cases highly desired
