Types Of Machinery
- Excavators
- Bulldozers
- Loaders
- Skid-steers
- Rollers
- Off Road Trucks
- Safely maneuver excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
- Operate heavy equipment with precision to dig trenches, grade land, clear debris, and mass excavation.
- Transport and place constructions materials on the job site as required.
- Ensure work does not disturb/damage existing utilities.
- Understand project specifications, and supervisor instructions to execute work accurately.
- Workplace Safety Awareness: follow all safety regulations, use of proper PPE, and possess a responsible attitude toward safety.
- Ability to operate at least one major type of heavy equipment used in excavation/ grading/ site work.
- Minimum 2 years of operating experience on a construction site.
- Certifications (can be obtained once hired, training provided by Layton Services): OSHA 10 and OSHA Excavations.
- Valid Driver's License.
