1. Introduction

• Brief Company Overview:
  Layton Sports Cards, one of the leaders in the Sports Card breaking industry, is looking to expand the team! We are home to two retail locations and a breaking operation that hosts engaging online streams seven nights a week. 
• Job Overview:
  We are searching for a charismatic, individual to be a sports card breaker! This individual will possess past and current sports knowledge, computer literacy, and an upbeat engaging personality. We are looking for someone who can entertain viewers, drive sports card sales, and have fun while doing it! You will be opening boxes and cases of cards, live on camera for customers and viewers across the world!

2. Key Responsibilities

• Ability to entertain, sell, and thrive in front of sizable live audiences.
• Computer literacy
• Constant knowledge of sports past and present. Up to date on sports news, trends, changes, etc.
• Breaking on air while driving relevant conversations while keeping the live chat engaged and entertained
• Unboxing valuable sports cards in the presence of online customers.
• Selling sports cards through live streams while entertaining fans, viewers, and customers
• Ability to multitask
• Trustworthy 
• Detail-orientated and organized
• Communication skills both in-person and digital 

3. Required Qualifications

• Experience: 

MUST HAVE SPORTS BROADCASTING OR SPORTS CARD BREAKING EXPERIENCE 

• Sports Card knowledge / vast sports knowledge 
• Google suite. Sheets, Docs, etc. 
• Be coachable, goal-oriented, and ready to join a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and a deep-rooted passion for sports
• Willingness to enhance your entertainment and sales skills, understand the sports-breaking industry and expand your social media influence
• High school diploma/ GED
