About the Position

The Hospitality Valet Attendant plays a critical role in our business, serving as the first point of contact for many of our guests. As a key member of our parking staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our valet services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and maintain a safe and efficient flow of cars.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, developing rapport and building relationships.
• Attend to guests' needs, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Operate in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in the parking or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
