We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Valet Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for parking and retrieving cars, greeting customers with a smile, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Park and retrieve cars in a timely and efficient manner.
- Greet customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized.
- Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed, able to work with or without supervision.
Requirements:
- Dynamic and charismatic personality.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Willingsness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging situations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
