The Spirit of the Position: Annual Salary: $75k - $85k
The Junior Business Developer supports the region with opportunity outreach and sales. The JRBD is responsible for identifying, ranking, developing and managing prospects and then successfully bringing the prospect through the sales pipeline to a successful close.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities, markets, and partners.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to increase sales and market reach.

- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Saleforce software.
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
