Duties
- Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing appointment schedules.
Experience
- Valid state cosmetology or hairstylist license.
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Proficiency in using salon software for appointment management and retail math skills are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and providing exceptional service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.40 - $22.01 per hour
