```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Keep office clean and organized
-Marketing through community relations and social media.
-Planning for promotional events.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading documents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
The ideal candidate should have experience in general administrative duties. Bilingual preferred.
